About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

hi we will be travelling from kuala lampur-shianghai-moscow (2hour stopover) - riga,

does it make any difference to the rules that we will be stopping breifly in Russia, or would we still qualify for the 144 transit visa? i hold uk passport and my partner holds a latvian passport

Jack, no need to worry. You will qualify for the 144 hour free transit in Shanghai. Nice trip.
