About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

2 stops in China on way to Japan

I am traveling from Seattle to Japan in May. I have a 16 hour layover in Shenzen, then a 22 hour one in Xiamen. I don't see Shenzen on the list above, will the 72 hour pass work for me?

No, it won't work. There's no visa-free transit in Shenzhen, and you also have two stops.
