About:China Customs Declaration

Do I need to pay taxes for these item?

If I'm buying a brand new phone in SG, unbox it in SG and setting it up in SG too, but im keeping the box include warranty leaflet, instruction guide, etc on my luggage otw to china. Do I need to declare my phone when I arrived?
