1. Wulingyuan Scenic Area covers several areas and ZJJ is one of them. The name of the park is ZJJ National Forest Park for sure. 2. It can be a little cold in early Feb. and the temp range can be 5C to 18C. Prepare coat and sweater. 3&4. From the map, ZJJ is closer from Changsha. You may consider going there first. Then take a train from ZJJ City to Jishou and change to a bus to Fenghuang.

Thanks Linda.I just finished reading somebody's itinerary from Fenghuang to Zhangjiajie by bus. So i think we can go by bus to either Fenghuang or ZJJ first. Though the distance from CS to FH is longer than CS to ZJJ.
