flight from SFO to PEK as transfer stop to Tokyo

Hi,
We are flying from SFO to PEK, then transfer from PEK to Haneda, Tokyo. There is only 1 hour between the flights. Is it likely we will miss the connection flight due to the short 1 hour for all the procedure?
If we do miss the flight, any tips on re-booking while we are already in PEK?

I used Air China to make a transfer in an hour last Dec. If you travel with different airlines, one hour can be too limited. Then you'd better change to a later departure. If you miss that, contact TravelChinaGuide.com to rebook immediately.
