Hi -We are flying from Bali to NYC with a 15 hr layover in Guangzhou (US Citizen).

I was interested in taking a 4 hour tour of GZ during my layover and potentially booking a room at the Pullman hotel to freshen up before jumping on the flight to NYC.

Will we be eligible for the 72-hr Free Transit? What should I be aware of when applying? I know that I am supposed to communicate to China Southern that I would like to leverage the Free Transit VISA when I board in Bali. Are there any other things I should note?
