144 visa free in Guangdong

Hi, We would like to book 6days Guangzhou tour and fly from Melbourne to Guangzhou, Do I qualify for the 144-Hour Visa-Free Policy.

I presume your next stop is not Melbourne, but another international country/area. Then you are quaalified for the 144h visa-free transit.

Only one problem: 144 hours visa-free transit hasn't been implemented in Guangzhou yet.
