hi my daughter's chinese travel document expired can I have it renewed in New York or DC consulate I

I live in Florida she has her travel document issued in Houston and also can I have an agent submit her expired document for renewal what are the protocols please advice

Your living area belongs to the consular district of Chinese consulate in Huston, so you should renew it in Huston. You need to renew it on your own.
