Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai and Suzhou

We have unlocked phones and will be getting sim cards for our China trip. We are starting in Hong Kong, going to Beijing, Shanghai and Suzhou. Can we get a single card for all 3 cities? Which ones are available. We probably will only be spending 60 minutes of talking and possibly texting between us.
