Shipping From China Via SAL
My supplier is shipping from China to me via sea freight . I learned China post charges fee based on the total weight of the goods . This is the case where my seller is telling me otherwise . He says China post charges fee based on the number of cartons.
Tell me , China post charges based number of Cartons or weight ? Please explain .
