US Cititen: Traveling to US to Hong Hong (1 day) - Hong Kong - Beijing (1 day) - Beijing to Tokyo (3 days)- Tokyo to US. Visa needed for Beijing?

Ur case is suitable for 24h or 72h visa-free transit, so the visa is not needed.
