If my project needs 1 month plus, can I  stay 30 days and go back Malaysia for few days and then re-enter Macau?

No, you don’t need it because Malaysians can go there freely for a stay of not more than 30 days. You can stay 30 days there and then go back to Malaysia for some time, and then re-enter Macau.
