About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

2 days in Hk and 3 days in Shanghai

I’m holding Korean passport. I plan to depart from Toronto, Canada to stay in Hong Kong for 2 days, then Shanghai 3 days and return to Toronto. Am I eligible for the 144 hours visa free transit?
