About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Am I eligible for 10 days transit visa

I m an Indonesia passport holder. I want to visit Xiamen. My itinerary is Jakarta to Kuala Lumpur. Kuala Lumpur to Xiamen. Traveling within Fujian province. Flying Xiamen to Jakarta. Am I eligible for the 10 days transit visa? Thanks
