Is macau free shuttle available?

Hello,

I had a friend of mine who went to Macao last year and told me that the hotel free shuttles are only open to their hotel guests only and not open to everyone. Is it true?

No, every one can take the free shuttle buses. But some of the casinos may not allow children to board.
