About:China Work Visa

I have heard that I need to bring my diplomas with me to apply.

I have the originals, but some people are saying that I need to get copies made and certified by the Chinese consulate here in the US before I go to China to apply, others are saying that the original diplomas will be sufficient because they have the University seal on them...anyone able to shed some light on this?
