Chinese Business Visa for Australian in Seoul

Hi, I need to fly to Seoul to get a 3 month Chinese Business M type for a job i am applying for in Shanghai.

Is it true anyone who doesn't hold a residency permit in ROK cannot apply, unless using a travel agent?

Where can I find lists of current travel agents in Seoul (most i have found are out-dated)?

Jsh, yes, it is true. Also, I’m not sure if a travel agent can help you get the M type eventually. You are advised to apply for it in your home country.
