About:China Visa

Hello. I am a Vietnamese living in Japan.

On this February I plan to come back my hometown and from there I will travel to China with my friend. So my flight ticket will be Vietnam - China, not Japan- China. Can I apply Chinese visa in Japan with that flight ticket. Thank you very much!
