i came to psb 17:15 on my last day to extend of married visa i also have two mix children.

Question

I had to wait for my driver till 17:55 for all the documents necessary. At the gate door the time says 18:00 Doing the time a women told me that i have to leave and come back tomorrow witch in this case mean overstaying. I have no choice but come back the next day this make they say the can give me a 15 days visa to leave china. I cant leave china as my wife have a poor health condition and cant be alone with two children. Any recommendation ? Thanks ?

Dear, do you have a residence permit? If yes, you need to renew it one month prior to its expiry date.Considering your situation, I’m afraid you have to leave China first and then apply for a new visa to re-enter.
