Guilin to shangri-li park (shi wai Tao yuan)

I know there is a guilin to yangshuo bus route...I know that it goes express from guilin bus terminal...But I want to get off at the Shangri li stop， the park 1hr out from guilin and 15min out from yangshuo that is along the guilin- yangshuo bus route.

1) can I catch the bus from guilin railway station? That one isn't express right?
2) where do I buy the ticket? On the bus? Or where can I buy a ticket within the railway station?
3) Are there designated stops (and is so a route map of designated stops)? Or do u have to let the driver know in advance?
