I am in Jinan airport and wish to travel to puyang. Can some one guide please?

You can take shuttle bus to the last stop, and then catch bus 84/ k90/ k302 to Long-distance Bus Station. Then, you can catch a bus to Puyang, and the buses depart from 7:30 to 18:00, and another one at 19:50. It takes about 4h and costs 88 RMB.
