About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

flight and train

I would like to ask if I can apply for 144 hour free transit visa in this case:

Warsaw - Shanghai Hongqiao (flight and max 6 days of stay)
Shanghai - Hong Kong (TRAIN)
Hong Kong - Macao - Guangzhou - Hong Kong (FERRY - how many days of maximum stay?)
Hong Kong - Warsaw (flight)

If not, could you suggest me any solution for these combination of cities?

WAW-PVG-Hong Kong is good for 144-hour transit but you need to purchase the train ticket prior to your arrival. As for Macau-Guangzhou-Hong Kong, you must arrive and depart by air and not by ferry, otherwise you'll need a visitor or transit entry permit. There are also no direct flights between Macau and Guangzhou so you'll need to go through a third country prior to arriving at Guangzhou.

Thank you very much. How to get train tickets before my arrival if on this website it is written that I cannot print it at home? It is written that the tickets can be deliver only in China or I can pick up them at the train station. Could you suggest me any solution?

Proof of purchase is usually enough for immigration but you may have a hard time convincing airline staff. I would arrive as early as possible and ask the agent to consult Timatic (an airline database) closely and to speak to a supervisor if necessary. Have them call Shanghai Immigration as a last resort.

Thank you very much for your answer.

It looks it will be really difficult.

Is it ok for 144 hours free transit in Shanghai in this case:

Warsaw - Shanghai (flight and max 6 days of stay)
Shanghai - Hong Kong (flight by Air China, e-ticket)
Hong Kong - Macao - Hong Kong (by ferry)
Hong Kong - Warsaw (flight)?

That will definitely work. Also you can visit Shenzhen from HK or Zhuhai from Macau, both of which offers VOAs for Europeans.

You don't need the actual ticket, just the proof of purchase (a receipt).
