About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

If you get the 72 hour visa on Beijing airport, are you allowed to leave the city / region?

Can you travel to other provinces and regions, as long as you make it back to the airport and depart within 72 hours?

No, for beijing you are allowed to go to the Great Wall as this is still in beijing but you are not allowed to go outside of beijing eg tianjing or Hebei province
