Day tour. Can I leave the airport to do a city tour?

Hi. I have a Filipino passport. Flying from Manila to Los Angeles with Shanghai layover for 14 hours

Hi, Lucky, you are eligible for the 24 hour direct transit in Shanghai. You need to apply for a free temporary stay permit at the immigration office when you arrive at the airport, then you can leave there to have a day tour. Nice trip.
