Visa for third country

Hi!
My flight goes Frankfurt-Shanghai, two days later Shanghai-Bangkok. Since I`m from Ukraine, I need an entry permit for Thailand. Thailand allows Voa.
Do I need this Visa before I arrive in Shanghai or is it okay to get it at the airport in Bangkok?
Thanks!

Hi, as you can get VOA for Thailand, you don't have to show the Thailand visa in Shanghai to apply for the free transit policy. No need to worry.
