Ticket for Beijing to Pyongyang

I want to travel from Beijing to Pyongyang on 1.1.2018. I have both Chinese and North Korean visas on my passport.

Is there a railway ticket counter at Beijing international airport where I can book and purchase the ticket?

No, there is no such counter at the airport. You need to go to Beijing International Hotel for the ticket which is near Beijing Railway Station
