About:China Visa

From USA, stopover Beijing to Shanghai (1 night hotel) before boarding a cruise ship. Visa needed?

We are going to Shanghai via Air China with a stopover in Beijing (point of entry). We will spend 1 night in Shanghai before boarding a cruise ship.

Hi, if the total time in Beijing and Shanghai is more than 24 hours, you cannot enjoy the 24-hour direct transit. So you need to apply for a visa beforehand.
