About German travel document for refugee

Hello I was in wuhan 3 years ago for studied bechelor degree in university but I living in German right now and I want to apply Chinese scholarship so should I get visa in German travel decument please.

Hi, as I know, you cannot apply for a Chinese visa by using your travel document. You need a passport for that. If you still have doubts, you can contact the China embassy to confirm this.
