Is the weather too cold in Shangri La in mid April? Is it a good time to travel as a single woman?

ReplyIt can be cold with temperature of 0-15C. But Apr. generally is a good timing to travel there. No worry about the safety problems, it’s a safe and pleasurable city.00Reply
