About:China Transit Visa

Indian passport holder- Layover in Beijing

Hi there I am flying Air China from Auckland to Mumbai via Beijing and have a 16-hour layover and have a return flight after a month from Mumbai to Auckland Via Beijing and it has again a 15-hour layover. Can i apply for the 24-hour free visa twice?
