From and to Snow Town

To Snow Town, you can walk southeast for 3 minutes to Nangang Bus Station first, where you can catch the direct bus. The buses leave at 6:00, 10:00 and 13:00. The returning buses from Snow Town leave at 7:00, 10:30 and 13:00. It takes about 2h and CNY120 for a single trip by the way.

As for hotels, there are many available inside the area, like Hailin Xueyunge Hotel, Xuexiang Duyunsheng Family Hotel, Xuexiang Xiaochengbao Hotel.

To Russian Village: you can take a taxi to Central Avenue within 10 minutes. And then take a cable car there.

I just realized, we are both misunderstand bout the Russian Village. I meant the Volga Manor, which said located bout 1 hour from HB.

Oh, yes, I thought it’s another place. In that case, you may hire a local car there, which costs CNY150-180. BTW, you can share the fare with other visitors.
Or you can book the official tourist bus one day ahead. Search volgmanor, you will find the website.
