Purchasing Tickets

I plan on taking the train on Dec 8 at 10AM - will there most likely still be tickets if I purchased it there at the station? The only options to obtain the tickets if I buy it here is for it to be delivered to a hotel or an address in China, which I don't have either. I just want to make sure there will still be tickets available to Hong Kong at that time from Guangzhou East Railway Station
