About:China High Speed Train

change passport number on ticket after purchasing online?

hi i have booked my high speed rail tickets from beijing to shangai with my old passport number but due to passport problems i had to replace and now i have a new passport and new passport number. Can i still collect my tickets with my new passport? or what are the other suggestions

If your tickets are already confirmed, the traveler information can no longer be changed. If you will still have the old passport in hand, you can use the old passport for ticket collection. If the old passport is no longer available, you may need to buy new tickets instead. If your tickets are not confirmed yet, it should be possible to update the information.
