My daughter's property in China now is in process of the purchase by the Chinese government. My daughter cannot go back to China herself. She is authorizing me to represent her. In the time of pandemic, are you going to issue the visa to me for this reason?

As your case is very special, I advise you to contact the Chinese embassy to see if you are eligible for an emergency visa.
