Can a Vietnamese apply for Japan visa in Beijing?

Hi, I am a Vietnamese tourist in Beijing. I want to continue traveling to Hong Kong and Japan. May I apply for visas of those countries in Beijing?

Hi, it's possible for you to apply for visas for HK and Japan in Beijing. You can have a try.
