British citizen working in Singapore with an Employment Pass

I'm a British citizen working in Singapore with an Employment Pass. Can I submit an application from Singapore? If so, will I need to provide my employment pass, or other documentation, with my visa application?

Hi, you can make the application from there. If you go to China for sightseeing purpose, you also need to prepare passport and its copy, a completed application form attached with a passport-style photo, round air tickets and hotel reservation.
