About:How to Collect a Train Ticket

Beijing West Station ticket pickup

We are arriving Beijing at 2am and taking the 6:35-ish am bullet train to Xi'an from Beijing West.
We are travelling on foreign passports hence need to pick up tickets from counter. What time will the counter be open? Thank you in advance for your kind assistance.

Their working time depends on the schedule. If there is a ride from the West Station at 6:35am, the counters should be on duty around 5:30am.
