About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Can I get the 144 hour visa?

I arrive in Shanghai from a cruise ship and staying in Shanghai for two nights. I fly to England from Pu Dong Airport on the third day.

Hi, if you will travel like England-Shanghai-England, you cannot get the 144 hour free transit. You are supposed to apply for a visa beforehand.
