About:Japan Airlines

144 hour visa free in Shanghai

Hi There,
starting in Germany, if I fly in to SH from a 2 day stay in Moscow and will leave comfortably within the 144 hour time frame back to Germany, will I be able to get 144 hour visa? I think it should be no problem or am I misreading the regulations?

Don’t worry, you’re right. You can enjoy the 144-hour visa free transit, just don’t forget to tell the airline when boarding.

Sorry,

The airline did not take me on the plane as they claim that China authorities may claim we fly moscow - moscow, even it is Just Transit via on way back to germany. Noch Chance to enter russia on the way Home, as I Do mit have russian entry visa. Pity, seems I really misread Regulation. But Thanks anyway.
