Has the 144 hour free transit process started in Shenzhen already - it is indicated that is now available? Can a visa be applied on arrival in Shenzhen?

Hi Dawn,Thanks for your quick response - the way I read all of the information I thought indicated that the 144 hour transit was available. Do you know any information on obtaining VOA in Shenzhen Airport? I have family arriving in 2 weeks and I am wondering if I just need to tell them to go get a visa instead of taking the risk.Regards,Paul

You can't get VOA at Shenzhen airport. They need visas in advance.
