Do I qualify for the 144 hour visa exemption

Hi, I am a US citizen flying from San Francisco to Shanghai, staying in there for 4 days, then to Abu Dhabi for 2 days then to Washington DC. Do I qualify for the 144 hour free transit exemption?

Thank you!
