Can I do Seoul-Shanghai-Hong Kong under 144 hour free transit?

Hi,
My family of five (2 adults + 3 children) currently reside in Seoul and US citizens. Can we fly into SH, spend 3 day and leave for Hong Kong? We will go back to Seoul from HK.
