About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Philippines to canada

Dear travel china guide,

We would like to inquire if we are eligible for 24 hours direct transit?

We are expecting to travel one way ticket from philippines to canada on december 12 with layover in shanghai PVG 5 hours and 10 mins using china eastern airlines.

Do we have to apply for 24 hour direct transit?

Hope to enlighten me on this matter.

Hi, you are are eligible for 24 hours direct transit in Shanghai if you travel like that. No visa is needed then. Nice trip!
