About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Seoul - Shanghai - Hong Kong - Okinawa

I have confirmed tickets and seat assignments for airline travel. I'll be traveling from Seoul to Shanghai, staying 3 nights. Then traveling from Shanghai to Hong Kong, staying 4 nights. Then traveling from Hong Kong to Okinawa. I will get the 144hr TWOV upon arrival in Shanghai, but will I need it for travel to Hong Kong?
