Can you have more than one 72 hour visa in 10 days?

I will be entering the city (on 72 hour visa) and then I will go on a cruise ship for 10 days. After those 10 days I will go back to SH. Can I apply for another 72 hour visa?

Whether you can use it depends on where you are leaving for after your second time to Shanghai. If it’s a third region but not the one you leave, you can use it once more. If not, you can’t.
