need help about my package

Question

I order a package from last month and when I ordered it, it gave me the estimated day for arrival to be the 25th but then the 25th came and the package didn't arrive I checked back and it said that it would be able to give me an estimated delivery day because of where it's coming from. Why is that? Also when. I try tracking the package it doesn't have a statement nor was it found anywhere.

Would you mind providing your tracking number? Generally speaking, the express company can only tell the estimated delivery date. It will be influenced by weather and other elements. You are advised to call them again and figure out where your parcel is now. And see whether if they have solutions to fix this problem.
