South Africa travel document for permanent residence.

May you assist me by knowing what can I do if I want to have a tourist L to go to China. I am a permanent resident in South Africa and I am using a South Africa travel document for permanent resident. But I was born in DRCongo. What documents do I need to apply for a tourist L to go to China ?

Hi, you need to provide a filled-out application form affixed with a passport-style photo, your passport and its photocopy, valid residence permit in South Africa, round trip air tickets and hotel reservation. Then, you can submit the application to the CVASC.
