Ticket pick up for Guangzhou-HK on Nov 10

Hi,

I have had problems with getting mail and I am afraid to purchase a trip because it might not get here by next week. I plan to leave Guangzhou on November 10th going to Hong Kong. When I go to purchase my trip there is not an option to pick up it at the station. Is there any way I can pick up it myself at the station?
