Q1 to PR

Hi,

Im Indonesian with Chinese Husband, first time we decided live in China, I use q1 type and here issued my first Residence Permit only for 10months (not 1 year), but 10months all I live in China without any go out overseas, my next 2nd till now residence permit always get 12months.. Now 4years 10months already with total my permit, can I apply PR? Because my first time residence permit 10months , that will be a problem?

Hi, it's possible for you to apply for PR at present, and your first time residence permit 10 months won't be a problem. You can try to make the application. Don't worry!
