Visa two stopovers

Hi,

I'm going to Phnom Penh from Amsterdam.
I have a stopover in Guanzhou (3H30) and Changsa (1h). Do i need to apply for an entry permit?

Yes, you need a visa for that because of your stop in Guangzhou.

Yes. You can't get it at the airport.
